Now that's some good couponing!

OOP $0.42

Last night at Tonya's Scentsy Party, her Mom Teresa had a Rite Aid coupon for $3.00 off a $15.00 purchase that expired the next day (today-June 11th)...it's a survey coupon.  Nobody wanted the coupon, so I took it.  This morning I decided there is no reason to let this $3.00 coupon go to waist and started planning out a quick trip to Rite Aid after Rylan's baseball game.
My problem was, I didn't want to spend any money on grocery's this weekend, so what-to-do???  I ended up going to Safeway and Walmart too....lol!  The only thing pictured I really needed was the soap (I use this for making laundry soap and just ran out).
The soap was $.97 and I only paid $0.41 for it...so really, I paid for the soap and got everything else for $0.01.  Pretty good couponing for my weekend trip!

First Stop Rite Aid....
3 Stride Gums $.77 each = $2.31
Lipton Tea $1.19
6 Raisinets, $.50 each = $3.00
11 On the go Milano $.79 each = $8.69 (they should of range up $.99 each, but I got a 20% discount)
Total $17.39
Total after 20% off Milano $15.19 (just enough to use the $3.00 off $15.00 coupon)
-$3.00
-$1.00 gum coupon
-$.50 x 3 raininets coupons = -$1.50
-$.50 x 11 milano coupons = -$5.50
-$1.19 (free Lipton tea coupon)
-$2.99 UP reward coupon
Bummer, had to pay $0.01 OOP!....LOL!

Next Stop Safeway.............
Lipton Green Tea $1.49
Haribo Candy $1.29
Haribo Candy $1.29
Coke $1.69 (.05 deposit)
Coke $1.69 (.05 deposit)
Total $7.55
Club Card Savings that came off -$3.56
Paper Coupons -3.99
For a total of $7.55 in Coupons
Grand total = $0.00, Perfect transaction!!!

Last Stop, Wal-Mart....
Bar Soap $.97
-0.50 coupon
Shampoo $.97
-$1.00 coupon

Total = $0.41

Total for today = $0.42!  Not a perfect $0.00, but since I did need the soap, I am very happy with all the extra I got today!
