Add to blender or food processor:
3/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tsp stevia or raw honey (I prefer the honey)
1/2 tsp vanilla
Blend till smooth.
3 servings, 87 calories, .9g fat, 16.9g carbs, and 4.1g protein per serving.
