I am still try...I am so glad you had a better week! I am still trying to pull out of my not so great runs. I am going through the taper crazies for sure! Reading your report made me happy. I am excited to hear how your half marathon goes! It took me years to finally break 1:45 this year- Yeah! Now it is your turn! Good job on the fatigued pace run. I think I am running a pace run on Thursday and I am hoping it goes well. A milkshake sounds like a great reward for a long run.
